What is Kundalini Yoga?

This practice is a gorgeous melding of movement, breath and sound to awaken to our Highest self and turn potential energy into kinetic energy. The word Kundalini is derived from the Sanskrit word kundal, which translates to “coiled serpent.” The idea is that we all have energy gathered at the base of our spine and, through the practice of Kundalini, we bring that energy up our spine through the seven chakras (energy centers of the body) and out the crown of our head, finding balance and expansion.

This lineage of yoga takes us out of the mundane and into a miraculous expression of your Divine Essence.
